To help us help you faster, include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the device or platform you were using. Never include your master password, secret key, or the contents of your vault — we will never ask for them, and because your vault is end-to-end encrypted we could not use them to help you anyway.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email support@lumiward.com with the details. Good-faith security research is welcome, and reports are triaged with priority.
